How It Works

  1. Contact Big Fish Tech Support by phone, WhatsApp or the website contact form.
  2. Pay for remote support using the secure Square payment link, unless already agreed.
  3. Download and open RustDesk on your computer.
  4. Provide your RustDesk ID and password when requested.
  5. We connect securely and help resolve the issue.
